过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌效果及影响因素研究 被引量:12

STUDY ON THE STERILIZATION EFFECT AND INFLUENCE FACTOR OF HYDROGEN PEROXIDE LOW- TEMPERATURE PLASMA

摘要 目的研究过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌效果及影响因素,为科学使用提供参考。方法采用载体定性培养方法,对不同因素影响低温等离子体灭菌器的灭菌效果进行实验室研究。结果在常规的灭菌运行程序条件下,将染菌载体置于孔径1 mm、长度1 000 mm的管腔内,30份枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢全部达到灭菌,30份嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢中有23份达到灭菌。在孔径1 mm,长度为150 mm和1 000 mm的管腔内放置嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢染菌载体,经常规灭菌程序处理,150 mm管腔内30份染菌载体中24个达到灭菌,1 000 mm管腔中只有10个达到灭菌。分别在两端相通和一端盲管的150 mm管腔内各放30份嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢染菌载体,结果相通管腔内23份达到灭菌,盲管内14个达到灭菌;1 mm孔径管腔内14个达到灭菌,2 mm孔径的管腔内有23个达到灭菌。结论嗜热脂肪杆菌芽孢对过氧化氢低温等离子体抗力强于枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢;管腔孔径和长度影响低温等离子体灭菌效果。 Objective To study the influence factors of sterilization effect of hydrogen peroxide low - temperature plasma sterilizer and provide reference for scientific use. Methods Carrier qualitative cultivation methods were carried out to ob- serve the different effects of low temperature plasma sterilizer sterilization. Results All 30 samples of Bacillus subtilis var. niger spore and 23 samples of Bacillus stearothermophilus spore in 30 were sterilized under same sterilization condition. 24 samples of B. stearothermophilus spore in 30 samples in 150 mm lumen length carrier were sterilized. 10 samples of B. stearothermophilus spore in 30 samples in 1000 mm lumen length carrier were sterilized. 23 samples of B. stearothermophilus spore in 30 samples in both ends lumen carrier were sterilized. 14 samples of B. stearothermophilus spore in 30 samples in one ends lumen carrier were sterilized. 14 samples of B. stearothermophilas spore in 30 samples in 1 mm lumen diameter carrier were sterilized. 23 samples of B. stearothermophilus spore in 30 samples in 2 mm lumen diameter cartier were sterilized. Conclusion The resistance of B. stearothermophilus spore stronger than B. subtilis var. niger spore under same sterilization condition in hydrogen peroxide low - temperature plasma sterilizer. The sterilization effect are effec- ted by lumen length and lumen diameter.
