ATP生物荧光法检测染菌量的可行性研究 被引量:5

RESEARCH ON FEASIBILITY OF ATP BIOLUMINESCENCE METHOD IN MONITORING MICROBIAL CONTAMINATION

摘要 目的研究ATP生物荧光法监测物体表面染菌量的可行性。方法采用ATP生物荧光仪及其配套试剂检测方法,对医务人员手上污染菌量进行监测,同时与活菌计数培养法作平行比较。结果洗手前后、消毒前后检测的ATP总量、ATP细菌计数和菌落计数均有显著性差异,手消毒后的ATP总量高于消毒前,ATP细菌计数法与比浊仪标定的菌悬液浓度在同一数量级。结论 ATP生物荧光法可用于监测手等物体表面的污染程度,但ATP总量测定不适用于监测手消毒的效果。ATP细菌计数由于消除了体细胞ATP对检测结果的影响,可以用于手消毒效果的监测。 Objective To study the feasibility of ATP bioluminescence method in monitoring contamination degree of object surface. Methods The ATP bioluminescence detection system and its supporting were used to count bacterial quantity of the medical staff, and compare with live bacteria counting culture method as parallel comparison. Results The total ATP, the bacterial ATP and bacterial culture count were significant differences before and after hand washing and disinfection, and the amount of total ATP was higher after disinfection. The value of bacterial ATP counts between turbidity meter calibra- tion suspension in the concentration was the same orders of magnitude. Conclusion ATP bioluminescence method can be used to monitor contamination of object surface, but the total amount of ATP determination did not apply to monitoring the disinfection effect of hands. Bacterial ATP counts could be used for monitoring of disinfection efficacy of hands due to elimi- nation the effects of somatic ATP.
