厦门地区医院感染鲍曼不动杆菌耐药性调查 被引量:3

INVESTIGATION ON DRUG RESISTANCE FOR NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION OF ACINETOBACTER BAUMANNII IN XIAMEN AREA

摘要 目的了解厦门地区医院感染鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药情况,为临床选择抗菌药物提供依据。方法采用细菌分离鉴定技术和药敏试验方法,对厦门地区医院患者感染鲍曼不动杆菌进行检测和耐药性监测。结果调查期间从患者送检标本中共检出鲍曼不动杆菌386株,以痰液标本占主导地位,构成比为58.55%。临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌对β-内酰胺酶类、氨基糖苷类、喹诺酮类抗生素、磺胺类等抗菌药物耐药率均超过50%;对碳青霉烯类抗菌药物也有强的耐药性,只对米诺环素全部敏感。结论厦门地区医院临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌耐药情况较为严重,且呈现逐年升高的趋势,加强耐药菌株监测和根据药敏试验选用抗菌药物应为主要防控措施。 Objective To understand the drug - resistance of Acinetobacter baumanii selected from hospital infections in Xiamen area, provide basis for clinical antibiotics selection. Methods Bacterial isolation and detection technology and drug resistant test were used to detect and survey the drug - resistance of Acinetobacter baumanii strains collected from nosocomial infection patients in some hospitals in Xiamen. Results During the period of investigation, 386 strains were selected from patients, strains from sputum specimens occupied the dominant position, the ratio was 58. 55%. Isolated strains had high resistant rates to common 13 - lactam antibiotics and enzyme inhibitors, aminoglycosides, quinolones, sulfona- mides, most were more than 50%. Drug resisitance to carbapenem antibiotics was also serious, resistance rate to minocyclin was 0%. Conclusion In Xiamen area, the drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumanii isolated from clinical were serious, and showed the upward tendency. Strengthen the drug resistant strain monitoring and drug sensitivity test in use of antibiotics should be the main prevention and control measures.
