摘要
本试验旨在探讨吡咯喹啉醌二钠(PQQ·Na2)对蛋鸡生产性能、鸡蛋胆固醇含量和机体抗氧化能力的影响。选用360只23周龄的京红1号蛋鸡,随机分为5组,即0(对照组)、0.08、0.80、1.60 mg/kg PQQ·Na2组和100 mg/kg维生素E组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。试验期8周。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,PQQ·Na2能显著提高产蛋率(1.11%)(P<0.05),对料蛋比和蛋黄相对重量没有显著影响(P>0.05),显著增加鸡蛋的蛋白高度(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,0.80 mg/kg PQQ·Na2能显著提高肝脏胆固醇含量(P<0.05),显著降低血浆和全蛋胆固醇含量(P<0.05);PQQ·Na2能显著提高血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量(P<0.05),对血浆低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量无显著影响(P>0.05)。3)与对照组相比,0.80 mg/kg PQQ·Na2能显著降低血浆丙二醛含量(P<0.05),0.08 mg/kg PQQ·Na2能显著提高肝脏总超氧化物歧化酶活性和总抗氧化能力(P<0.05),对血浆总超氧化物歧化酶活性无显著影响(P>0.05);与其他组相比,1.60 mg/kg PQQ·Na2显著提高了肝脏丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。综上,产蛋鸡饲粮中添加适宜水平(0.80 mg/kg)PQQ·Na2可以提高产蛋率,增强蛋鸡机体抗氧化能力,降低鸡蛋胆固醇含量。
This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary pyrroloquinoline quinone disodium salt ( PQQ· Na2 ) on performance, egg cholesterol content and antioxidant capacity of laying hens. Three hun- dred and sixty Jinghong hens aged 23 weeks were randomly divided into 5 groups: basal diets with 0 (control group), 0.08, 0.80, 1.60 mg/kg PQQ· Na2 and 100 mg/kg vitamin E, respectivly. Each group contained 6 replicates with 12 hens per replicate. The experiment lasted for 8 weeks. The results showed as follows: 1 ) compared with control group, PQQ ·Na2 significantly increased laying rate (1.11% ) (P〈0.05), had no sig- nificant effects on egg to feed ratio and egg relative weight ( P 〉 0.05 ), but significantly increased albumen height(P〈0.05). 2) Compared with control group, 0.80 mg/kg PQQ · Na2 significantly increased liver cho- lesterol content ( P〈0.05), and significantly decreased cholesterol content in plasma and egg ( 11.27 % ) ( P〈 0.05). PQQ· Na2 significantly increased plasma high density lipoprotein cholesterol content (P〈0.05), but had no significant effect on plasma low density lipoprotein cholesterol content (P〉0.05). 3 ) Compared with control group, 0.80 mg/kg PQQ ~ Na2 decreased plasma methane dicarboxylic aldehyde (MDA) content (P〈 0,05) and 0.08 mg/kg PQQ ~ Na2 significantly increased liver total superoxide dismutase (T-SOD) activity and total antioxidant capacity( P〈0.05), but had no significant effect on plasma T-SOD activity (P〉0.05). Compared with the other groups, l. 60 mg/kg PQQ · Na2 significantly increased MDA content in liver (P〈 0.05 ). In conclusion, this study indicates that the appropriate level of dietary PQQ · Na2( 0.80 mg/kg) increa- ses laying rate, enhances antioxidant capacity of laying hens and decreases egg cholesterol content.
