摘要
主要讨论了重钙粉和碳化硅微粉两种矿物填料及相应掺量变化对不同种类硅酸盐水泥基自流平砂浆流动度和早期强度的影响。测试了自流平砂浆的流动度、抗折强度、抗压强度及粘结强度。实验结果表明,以PO52.5普通硅酸盐水泥为主要胶凝材料,重钙粉与碳化硅微粉以质量比3:1配合使用时自流平砂浆综合性能最好。
Mainly discusses the effects of the dosage of ground calcium carbonate and silicon carbide on the fluidity and early strength of different silicate cementitious self-leveling floor mortar. The fluidity, flexural strength,compression strength and bond strength properties of self-leveling floor mortar were tested. The results showed that when used PO52.5 silicate cement as the main cementitious material, ground calcium carbonate and silicon carbide mixed in the mass ratio of 3:1 as mineral filler, the comprehensive performance of self-leveling floor mortar were best.
