西方国家高校女教师发展研究述评 被引量:5

Review of the Study of Women College Teachers' Development in Western Countries

摘要 对西方国家高校女教师发展研究成果进行梳理,可以发现,美国、英国、澳大利亚等国家的高校女教师发展研究在高校女教师的地位、女教师发展受阻的原因、女教师发展的策略等领域,取得了不少的成果。在研究方法上,多采用实证研究;在研究视角上,主要选取了社会性别的视角;在研究内容上,明显呈现出实践研究取向。 After study of the achievements in the study of women college teachers’development, it was found great progress has been made in the studies of aspects such as social status, reasons for barriers to development, strategies etc. We propose such studies are characterized as quantitative in methodology, gender orientated in research perspective, and practical research orientated.
