2012年南京市新检出HIV抗体阳性病例流行病学特征分析

Analysis on epidemiological characteristics of newly infected HIV cases in Nanjing city in 2012

目的分析南京市2012年新报告HIV抗体阳性病例的流行病学特征。方法采用Excel数据库和SPSS 13.0统计软件对南京市2012年在国家艾滋病防治信息系统中报告的543例病例资料进行整理和分析。结果新报告的543例研究对象中,男性占91.53%,平均年龄(37.01±12.44)岁,本市籍占47.88%。感染途径以性途径为主,占93.01%。职业分布以商业服务(25.41%)、家政家务或待业(23.03%)为主,学生病例占6.6%。样本来源以医疗机构(54.41%)和自愿咨询检测门诊(voluntary counseling and testing,VCT)(20.41%)为主。43.24%的HIV抗体阳性病例CD4+T淋巴细胞计数<350个/μl。单因素分析显示,不同传播途径、婚姻状况、职业以及文化程度与新发现HIV抗体阳性病例病程阶段均有关(P<0.05)。结论今后南京市应进一步加大MSM、学生和50岁以上等重点人群的艾滋病控制力度;并通过充分利用社会组织动员检测,全面推进医疗机构PITC(provider initiated HIV testing and counseling,PITC)服务等,扩大检测覆盖面,提高病例早发现能力。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of newly reported HIV infected cases in Nanjing in 2012. Methods Data of 543 newly infected HIV cases were retrieved from National Information System for Comprehensive AIDS Prevention and Control in Nanjing in 2012 and analyzed using SPSS13.0software. Results Out of 543 newly infected HIV cases,91.53% were males with average age of 37.01±12.44.Almost half（47.88%）were native residents of Nanjing.Majority of cases（93.01%）got HIV infection through sexual contact.A quarter of cases were commercial servants,23.03% were housekeepers or unemployed,only 6.6% were students.54.41%and 20.41%cases were reported from health institutions and clinics of VCT.CD4＋counts of less than 350counts/μl were found in 43.24%cases.Single factor analysis showed that transmission route,marriage status,occupation and education were associated with disease stage of newly infected AIDS patients. Conclusions It is necessary to devote greater efforts to control transmission of HIV among MSM,individuals of over 50 and students.More community-based organizations should be involved in to enhance the testing of HIV and PITC service should be promoted in order to prevent HIV transmission.
