仙居县流动人口艾滋病综合干预效果评价

Effect of comprehensive intervention on HIV/AIDS among mobile population in Xianju county

目的评价在流动人口中开展预防艾滋病综合干预的效果。方法采用分层整群抽样方法对仙居县4类流动人口进行抽样,开展艾滋病知识等的基线调查,然后进行综合干预及再调查,对干预前后指标进行χ2检验,评价干预效果。结果干预后流动人口艾滋病总的知识知晓率,由干预前的84.1%上升到干预后的94.0%(P<0.05);干预前信息来源以电视和免费宣传材料为主,分别占61.0%和39.4%,干预后信息来源以医生和免费宣传材料为主,分别占89.5%和56.6%;最近一次商业性行为安全套使用的比例由干预前的33.3%上升到干预后的87.2%(P<0.05),是否愿意与艾滋病工友一起工作的人数由干预前的27.5%提高至干预后的42.4%。结论仙居县流动人口艾滋病综合干预对相关知识的提高效果明显,但在对待艾滋病患者的态度及使用安全套自我保护方面有待进一步提高,应进一步加大人力物力投入巩固干预效果,遏制艾滋病蔓延。

Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of comprehensive intervention on HIV/AIDS among floating population in Xianju county. Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to randomly select study participants from 4kinds of mobile populations in Xianju county.Questionnaire surveys were conducted before and after the intervention.Chi-squre test was applied for data analysis. ResultsThe overall awareness rate about AIDS significantly increased from 84.1%at baseline to 94.0%after intervention（P〈0.05）.TV and free leaflets were the major sources of acquiring HIV/AIDS related knowledge,accounting for 61.0%and 39.4% before intervention,while after the intervention,89.5%and 56.6% of subjects got information from docters and free leaflets.The percentage of condom use in the most recent commercial sex increased from 33.3%to 87.2%after the intervention（P〈0.05）.At baseline,only 27.5% of subjects claimed of willing to work with HIV infected coworkers,however,this number increased to 42.4%after intervention. Conclusions Although the comprehensive intervention may significantly improve HIV/AIDS related knowledge among mobile population in Xianju county,more mobile individuals need to know about how to protect themselves and how to deal with AIDS patients.
