根据国内广电行业运维管理现状,结合运维信息化的新型发展思路,设计了在电视台制播网络环境下具备广泛推广价值的通用运维管理模型和实现模式,运维管理模型包括运维对象、运维资源、运维管理、安全管理和持续改进五个部分,其核心内容为运维管理,分为管控层、管理层和操作层。

Based on the current situation of operation and maintenance management in domestic broadcasting industry, and combined with the new development ideas of operation and maintenance management in information technology on IT operation and maintenance, this paper designs common IT operation and maintenance management models and implementation models under the environment of television production and broadcasting network, which have promotional values. IT operation and maintenance management models include the object, resources, management of IT operation maintenance, security management and continuous improvement, whose core content is operation and maintenance, which can be divided into control layer, management layer and operation layer.
