This paper described in detail operation and maintenance model＇s practice and application of specific situations in the construction as well as operation and maintenance for production and broadcasting network of Beijing Television Station, including personnel, processes, technology, resources and other service elements of the landing approach for IT operation and maintenance. It also pointed out the corresponding priorities and difficulties, such as the adjustment of operation and maintenance organizational structure, the management process specifications, management tools of operation and maintenance, knowledge base and so on. This paper also summarized and expected future practice and application.
