HMGB1及α-SMA在支气管肺发育不良新生儿中的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

Expression and clinical significance of HMGB1 and α-SMA in neonatus with bronchopulmonary dysplasia

摘要 目的:观察高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)在支气管肺发育不良(BPD)新生儿血清、肺泡灌洗液中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采用Elisa法检测76例BPD新生儿(急性期18例,再生期17例,过渡期21例,慢性期20例)和24例非BPD新生儿血清、肺泡灌洗液HMGB1及α-SMA的表达水平,分析两者之间的相关性。结果:观察组各时期血清、肺泡灌洗液HMGB1、α-SMA表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),随病理进展血清、肺泡灌洗液HMGB1、α-SMA表达水平呈明显升高趋势(P<0.05);两组血清、肺泡灌洗液HMGB1与α-SMA表达均呈正相关性关系(P<0.05)。结论:血清及肺泡灌洗液HMGB1、α-SMA表达可作为诊断新生儿BPD的有效实验室指标,具有重要的临床意义。 Objective: To observe the expression of high mobility group protein B1(HMGB1),α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA) in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of neonatus with bronchopulmonary dysplasia(BPD),and to explore its clinical significance. Methods: The expression of HMGB1,α-SMA in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of 76 cases of neonatus with BPD( acute period,18 cases,regeneration period: 17 cases,transition period: 21 cases,chronic period: 20 cases) and 24 cases of non-BPD were detected by Elisa,and analyzed the correlation between HMGB1 and α- SMA. Results: The expression of HMGB1, α- SMA in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of observation group in every periods were higher than that of the control group( P 〈0. 05). With the pathological progress,the expression of HMGB1,α-SMA in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was significantly increased(P 〈 0. 05). There was a positive correlation relationship between the expression of HMGB1 and α-SMA in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of HMGB1,α-SMA in serum and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid could be used as an effective index to diagnose neonatus with BPD. It has an important clinical significance.
