摘要
本文以Baehman的交际性语言能力模式中有关语言能力、策略能力和语言运用情境的分类框架为理论基础,对2014年江苏省高考英语试题听力部分的内容效度和结构效度进行了分析。文章通过和《普通高中英语课程标准(实验)》与考试说明,以及交际性语言能力框架的对比分析,发现2014年江苏省高考英语试题听力部分具有一定的内容效度和较高的结构效度,但在测试的内容选择上还存在一定问题。在此基础上,笔者建议:以后的命题者要关注内容选取的均衡化和广泛性,而语言教学者要切实以课程标准和考试说明的相关要求来进行教学。
Based on three important components of Bachman's Communicative Language Ability Framework, i.e. language competence, strategic competence and context of situation, this essay analyzes the content validity and construct validity of the listening part of 2014 Jiangsu NMET. After comparing the contents of the testing paper with the National Curriculum, test specifications, this essay finds that the listening part of 2014 Jiangsu NMET has a high construct validity and a satisfying content validity, but there are some problems bringing down the degree of its content validity. In accordance with the very analysis, the essay advises test writers to pay more attention to the equalization and universality of test contents in sampling, followed by the suggestions to English teachers on the emphasis of National Curriculum and test specifications of each year.
