糖尿病前期人群血清APN与IL-6水平检测及临床意义

Clinical Siganificance of Detecting Serum APN and IL-6 Level of Pre-diabetes Crowd

目的 探讨血清脂联素（APN）与IL-6水平与糖尿病前期人群的关系,寻找糖尿病前期人群逆转干预效果评价指标.方法 根据2010美国糖尿病协会糖尿病诊疗标准,选择2013年5月～10月来陕西中医学院附属医院就诊或体检的糖尿病前期患者58例,其中IFG 22例、IGT 13例、IFG伴IGT者23例,血糖正常人群组30例,用ELISA法分别检测该两群人血清APN,IL-6水平.结果 糖尿病前期组与正常人群组血清APN与IL-6均值分别为9.60±4.00 ng/ml,12.70±6.70 ng/ml,190.08±70.1 pg/ml,129.45±27.67 pg/ml,两组间差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,糖尿病前期不同状态组APN与IL-6组间均值差异有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）.结论 糖尿病前期组与正常人群组血清APN与IL-6水平不同,较正常人群组APN有下降趋势,IL-6有增高趋势,血清APN与IL-6水平可作为糖尿病期人群筛查和逆转干预效果评价指标.

Objective To investigate the serum adiponectin and IL-6 level of pre-diabetes population,and look for reverse prediabetes population intervention effect evaluation index.Methods According to the 2010 ADA diabetes diagnosis standard.Choose 58 patients with pre-diabetes from may to October in 2013 to the affiliated hospital of Shaanxi university of Chinese medicine to medical or physical examination,in cluding 22 cases of IFG,13 cases of IGT,23 patients with IFG and IGT,30 cases of normal blood glucose.With ELISA method respectively to detect the serum APN,IL-6 level of two groups of people.Results Pre-diabetes groups and normal groups the mean of serum adiponectin and IL-6 respectively were 9.60±4.00 ng/ml,12.70 ± 6.70 ng/ml,190.08 ± 70.16 pg/ml,129.45 ± 27.67 pg/ml,respectively,and between the two groups all Pwere 0.05.Pre-diabetes between different states groups APN and IL-6 means all P were 0.05.Conclusion Pre-diabetes group and normal group,the serum APN and IL-6 levels were different.Pre-diabetes groups compared with normal groups APN decline,IL-6 had higher trend.APN and IL-6 levels of serum can be used as pre-diabetes screening and reverse intervention effect evaluation index.
