西安地区健康成人血小板参数的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Healthy Adults＇ Platelet Parameters in Xi＇an

目的 调查西安地区健康成人静脉血中血小板参数：血小板计数（PLT）、血小板平均体积（MPV）、大血小板比率（P LCR）、血小板分布宽度（PDW）和血小板压积（PCT）,建立血小板参数参考范围.方法 使用Sysmex公司生产的XE2100全自动血液细胞分析仪及其配套试剂、校准品及质控品,经过校准,并通过室间质评和室内质控保证实验结果的准确性和精密度.随机选择2011年3月～2013年3月西安地区体检合格的健康成人（排除炎症和肿瘤患者,排除心血管、肝脏、肾脏及血液系统疾病,排除使用影响血小板的药物如阿司匹林等）1 896例（其中男性1 054例,女性842例,年龄在18～60岁）,检测其静脉血中血小板参数PLT,MPV,P LCR,PDW和PCT,利用统计学方法进行分析处理,对不同性别组之间各参数进行t检验,按x-＋1.96s计算得到血小板五项相关参数的正常参考范围.结果 西安地区健康成人静脉血血小板参数PLT（×105/L）,MPV（fl）,P LCR（％）,PCT（％）,PDM （fl）男性分别为113.10～264.64,9.02～12.86,0.167～0.447,0.129～0.281和8.74～17.60,女性分别为120.23～281.73,8.96～13.12,0.160～0.498,0.139～0.299,8.54～17.98.PLT,MPV,P LCR和PCT,两性别组之间差异有统计学意义（t值分别是6.526,2.237,2.084,8.084,P＜0.05）,PDW两组之间差异无统计学意义（t值是0.884,P＞0.05）.结论 正常健康成人血小板参数常因地域、性别等不同有差异,因此有必要建立该地区的参考范围,更好地服务于临床.

Objective To investigate healthy adults＇ Platelet parameters of wein blood survey on Xi＇an：blood platelet count （PLT）,mean platelet volume （MPV）,platelet large cell ratio （P LCR）,platelet distribution width （PDW） and platelet volume （PCT）,establish the platelet parameter reference range.Methods Used XE 2100 automatic blood cell analyzer and kits,calibration and quality control materials produced by Sysmex to do the test.Calibrated to ensure the accuracy and precision of experimental results through the external quality assessment and quality control.1 896 health adults （eliminating in flammation and tumor,eliminating diseases of cardiovascular,liver,kidney and blood system,and excluding the using drugs of effects platelet such as aspirin platelets） were randomly selected from 2011 March to 2013 March in Xi＇ an area.There were 1 054 males and 842 females （18～60 years old） among them.Blood platelet parameters of venous PLT,MPV,P-LCR,PDW and PCT,were measured by XE 2100 automatic blood cell analyzer,and the data was statistically analyzed with t test.According to x-±1.96s,the normal reference range of five platelet related parameters were calculated.Results platelet parameters of healthy adults＇ vein blood in Xi＇ an area （× 10 9/L）：PLT,MPV （fl）,P LCR （％）,PCT （％） and PDW （fl）,male were 113.10～264.64,9.02～12.86,0.167～0.477,0.129～0.281 and 8.74～17.60 respectively,the female were 120.23～281.73,8.96～13.12,0.160 ～0.498,0.139～0.299 and 8.54～17.98 respectively.About PLT,MPV,P LCR,PDW and PCT,there were statistically significant difference between the gender groups （t=6.526,2.237,2.084,8.084,P ＜0.05）,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups for PDW （t=0.884,P＞0.05）.Conclusion There were different platelet parameters of healthy normal human from different geographic and different gender,so it is necessary to establish the reference range of the area,better service clinical.
