摘要 目的 探讨回收式自体输血在骨科手术中的临床应用.方法 对西安交通大学医学院附属红会医院2011年1月~2012年11月284例骨科手术患者(其中男性147例,女性137例,年龄7~80岁,体重15~80kg之间,其中15~30kg 2例,30~45 kg38例,45~60 kg53例,60~80 kg191例)应用自动血液回收机进行自体输血,将处理后的血液输给患者.手术过程中记录患者的出血量、回收血量、回输血量以及异体输血量等相关数据,术后及时评价患者的输血效果及凝血功能.结果 采用回收式自体输血,血液回输顺利,无不良反应,观察患者伤口愈合良好,平均住院时间缩短1~2天.结论 回收式自体输血,是一种科学、安全、有效的方法,不但节约血液资源和减少异体输血并发症,而且能有效保护血液资源. Objective To investigate the recovery of autologous blood transfusion in orthopedic surgery clinical application.Methods From January 2011~November 2012,284 cases of orthopedic surgery patients (male 147 cases,female 137 cases,aged 7~80 years old,weighing between 15~80 kg,15~30 kg 2 cases,30~45 kg 38 cases,45~60 kg 53 cases,60~80 kg 191 cases) apply automatic recycling machines for autologous blood transfusion,the treated blood to the patient.Recorded during surgery in patients with bleeding,recycling blood,back to allogeneic blood transfusion blood transfusion and other relevant data,and timely evaluation of patients after transfusion and blood coagulation effect.Results From recycled autotransfusion blood reinfusion smoothly,no adverse reactions were observed in patients wound healing,shorten the average length of stay for 1~2 days.Conclusion Recovery autotransfusion,is a scientific,safe and effective method,not only save resources and reduce allogeneic blood transfusion complications,and can effectively protect the blood resources.
