摘要
目的 分析血清β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG),胱抑素C(Cys-C)及尿微量清蛋白(U-mALB)在高血压肾损伤中的应用.方法 将194例高血压病患者分为单纯高血压组、高血压糖尿病组,或分为正常尿蛋白高血压组、微量尿蛋白高血压组、大量尿蛋白高血压组,另取同期查体健康人群62例为对照组.用全自动生化分析仪检测β2-MG,Cys-C和U-mALB.结果 血清Cys-C,β2-MG及U-mALB水平(mg/L)在对照组分别为0.82±0.11,0.89±0.09和18.7±2.51,在单纯高血压患者中分别为1.69±0.26,2.43±0.18和65.5±5.37,在高血压糖尿病患者中分别为2.44±0.23,3.19±0.25和98.2±7.72,单纯高血压组和高血压糖尿病组分别高于对照组,差异有统计学显著性意义(P<0.05);血清Cys-C和β2-MG在正常蛋白尿高血压组患者中分别为0.85±0.09和0.83±0.14,在微量蛋白尿高血压组患者中分别为2.38±0.24和2.67±0.36,在大量尿蛋白组高血压组患者中分别为5.29±0.86和5.62±0.92,微量蛋白尿高血压组和大量蛋白尿组高血压组分别高于对照组及正常蛋白尿高血压组,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 β2-MG,Cys-C检测可用于高血压病肾损伤的早期诊断.
Objective To analysis the clinical application of β2 macroglobulin(β-MG),cystatin C(Cys-C) and urinary albumin (U-mALB) in hypertensive renal injury diagnosis.Methods 194 hypertension patients were divided into only hypertension,hypertension and diabetes (HD);Or,they divided into normal proteinuria hypertension,microal proteinnuria hypertension and a lot of proteinuria hypertension,62 healthy peopleat the same period were choose as control Serum cystatin C,β2 MG and U-mALB were detected on automatic biochemical analyzer.Ressults The levels (mg/L) of serum Cys-C,β2 MG,UmALB of control were 0.82 ± 0.11,0.89 ± 0.09 and 18.7 ± 2.51,respectively.The levels (mg/L) of only hypertension were 1.69±0.26,2.43±0.18 and 65.5±5.37 respectively.The levels (mg/L) of HD were 2.44±0.23,3.19±0.25 and 98.2± 7.72 respectively.The levels of only hypertension or HD were statistically significant higher than that of control (P< 0.05).The levels of Cys-C and U-mALB of normal proteinuria hypertension were 0.85 ± 0.09 and 0.83 ± 0.14 respectively.The levels of microal proteinnuria hypertension were 2.38±0.24 and 2.67±0.36 respectively.The levels (mg/L) of a lot of proteinnuria hypertension were 5.29±0.86 and 5.62±0.92 respectively.The levels of microal proteinnuria hypertension or a lot of proteinnuria hypertension were statistically significant higher than that of control or normal proteinuria hypertension (P<0.05).Conclusion Serum Cys-C,β2-MG detection can be used for hypertension's early renal injury diagnosis.
