儿童肺炎支原体肺炎血清25-(OH)D水平及 T细胞亚群的变化与分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨儿童肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)的严重程度与血清25羟维生素D[25-(OH)D]水平的相关性及机体T细胞亚群的变化。方法随机选取MPP患儿88例,其中重度MPP组21例,轻度MPP组67例,选取同龄健康儿童30例为对照组。分别检测、比较3组血清25-(OH)D及T细胞亚群水平,分析血清25-(OH)D及T细胞亚群的相关性。结果重度MPP组血清25-(OH)D水平、CD3+T细胞、CD4+T细胞[(18.88±2.64)ng/ml、(57.25±4.76)%、(27.04±3.30)%]比轻度 MPP 组[(26.92±3.19)ng/ml、(65.73±3.74)%、(36.22±3.02)%]、对照组低[(29.71±3.53)ng/ml、(66.88±3.69)%、(37.40±2.94)%];CD8+T 细胞[(22.40±2.37)%]比轻度 MPP 组[(24.90±2.49)%]、对照组[(25.89±3.06)%]低;差异均有统计学意义。血清25-(OH)D与CD3+T细胞,CD4+T细胞,CD8+T细胞CD4+/CD8+比值呈正相关(r=0.904、0.873、0.591、0.501)。结论维生素D缺乏可影响儿童MPP的严重程度,MPP患儿存在免疫功能失调,MPP可刺激机体产生细胞免疫的变化。 Objective Toexplorecorrelationsoftheseverityofchildren’smycoplasmapneumoniaepneumonia (MPP)with the level of 25 hydroxy vitamin D [25-(OH)D]and the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in blood. Methods Eighty-eight cases diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected from July of 2010 to January of 2012,and were divided into severe MPP group (21 cases)and MPP group (67cases).Thirty healthy children were selected as controls.Serum 25-(OH)D and T lymphocyte subsets were assessed. Results Indicators of serum 25-(OH)D, CD3 +T,and CD4 +T in severe MPP group were lower than in MPP group and the control group,The differences were all statistically significant. Conclusion Vitamin D deficiency may affect the severity of MPP in children.
