摘要 根据脆弱性理论,提出了以脆弱性角度评估石化企业公共安全风险,建立了公共安全脆弱性评估流程,其中在脆弱性评估中,建立脆弱性概念图辨识企业内资产的不利因子和抵抗能力灾害承的影响因素;通过模糊数学理论,半定量评估脆弱性等级。 Based on the vulnerability theory, the petrochemical security risk is assessed and a security vulnerability assessment system is proposed. In the vulnerability assessment, the disadvantage factor and resistant capability of the plants assets are identified through vulnerability conceptual mapping created in this paper. With the help of fuzzy mathematic theory, the vulnerability is assessed semi-quantitatively as well.
