摘要
从研究海军装备体系的演化出发,分析了基于信息系统的海军装备体系的主要特征,阐述了构建新型装备体系应树立的观念。在此基础上,就如何实现海军装备体系的优化,全面提高海军综合作战能力进行了探讨。
This paper begins with the research of naval equipment systems evolvement, then analyzes main characteristic of equipment systems based on information system, consructs indispensable concepts in the building of new equipment systems, ancl Lastly discusses the optimizing methods of equipment systems to increase naval integrated capabilities.
