利用战后不断演变的国际格局,以及自身雄厚的经济、技术和军事工业实力,日本不断修改突破"武器出口三原则"禁令,直至现在取消禁令,为重建军事工业,恢复军事政治大国奠定基础,必将对亚太局势产生深远影响。
By leveraging the evolving international situation after the war, as well as its strong economic, technological and military industrial strength, Japan continuously modified the ban of ＂Three Principles of Arms Exports＂ and has now lift the ban to lay the foundation for reconstruction of military industry and the resumption of military political power. This will have a profound impact on the Asia-Pacific situation.
