摘要
美国是世界上社会医疗保险制度较成熟的国家,其医疗、养老、失业及老年残障等的保险能力均走在世界前列。本文通过分析美国医疗保险制度的现状及其成功的管理经验,我国医疗保险的现状及存在的问题,从而为我国社会医疗保险制度建设的改革和完善提出建议性措施。
The United States’ social health insurance system is more mature than that of other countries in the world. Its medical insurance, endowment insurance, unemployment insurance and old age disability insurance are in the front ranks of the world. This article reviews the current situation of the U.S. medical insurance system and its rich management experience, and analyzes the current situation and problems of China＆#39;s medical insurance, and thus recommends measures for the reform and the improvement of China’s social health insurance system.
