基于HL7标准的医院信息集成平台建设探索

Exploration of Hospital Information Integration Platform Construction Based on HL7 Standard

目的:优化医院现有业务应用系统间的集成模式,探索建设支持业务系统快速集成的医院信息集成平台。方法:参照国际医疗信息交换标准——HL7,对原有业务系统接口进行标准化改造,建设医院信息集成平台,并通过集成平台实现业务系统之间数据的交换与共享。结果:以HL7作为数据交换标准,利用医院信息集成平台实现了医疗服务资源的最优化整合和业务协同。结论:基于HL7标准建设医院信息集成平台,可以大大降低业务系统间的耦合性,使业务系统易于升级、维护和扩展,增强了医院整体信息系统的柔性。

Objective： To optimize the integration pattern among existing business application systems of hospital, and explore the construction of hospital information integration platform which supports the rapid integration of business system. Method： With reference to HL7, the international medical information exchange standard, the standardization transformation of the original business system interface is carried out, hospital information integration platform is constructed, and data exchange and sharing among business systems is realized through the integration platform. Results： With HL7 as the data exchange standard, using the hospital information integration platform, optimized integration and business synergy of medical service resources are realized. Conclusion： The construction of hospital information integration platform based on HL7 standard can greatly reduce the coupling between the business systems, make the system easy to upgrade, maintain and expand, and improve the flexibility of the hospital＇s overall information system.
