With the continuous development of society, people pay more and more attention to school education.Classroom management as a basic work of school education,which is not only an important environment where students learn to adapt to the society,but also is the main platform to realize socialization of individual, so the good or bad of the school class management work directly impact on the comprehensive development of students＇ physical and mental and giving play to the function of school education.According to analysis of the current status of primary and secondary school class management work and operation condition, it verifies and suggests the scientific operating rules of class management, in order to promote the class management reasonably and orderly.
