摘要
从生存的选择（引领学生、完善自我、知也无涯）、生活的积淀（读教相长、拉长生命）、生命的累积这三个大方面来阐述读书足以怡情、足以博彩、足以长智,所以读书是每位教师得以真正成长的生命意义所在。
From survival selection（lead students, self perfection, knowledge is infinite）, the accumulation of life（read teaching constructive, longer life）, life accumulation of these three aspects to elaborate studies serve for delight, for ornament, can long wisdom, so reading is the true meaning of life every teacher can grow.
