目的:对钙制剂的临床应用进行浅显的研究和探讨。方法:从药学的角度出发,对钙制剂的种类,临床应用中遇到的问题进行系统的分析,并就现存问题提出了具有针对性的选择方法以及合理的使用方法。结果:从钙制剂的使用剂量、生物利用度以及药物经济学等角度对钙制剂进行了全面的分析,充分结合了机体的吸收能力,为钙制剂的合理应用提供了相关依据。结论:临床采用钙制剂进行治疗时,需要从钙制剂的作用和机体的利用程度等方面进行综合考量,为患者选择含量更好,质量更优,生物利用程度最为理想的钙制剂,从而保证钙制剂治疗和保健效果的最大发挥。

Objective： This article on the clinical application of calcium preparations were plain study and discussion. Methods： From the perspec- tive of pharmacy, the analysis of the problem types of calcium preparations, clinical applications encountered in the system and the existing problems raised on a targeted selection method and rational use. Results： From the calcium dose formulations, bioavailability and drug economics perspective on calcium preparations to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the body＇s absorption of fully integrated capabilities for the rational application of calcium preparations provide a relevant basis. Conclusion： The clinical use of calcium preparations for treatment, the need for comprehensive consideration of the role of calcium from the degree of preparation and utilization of the body, choose the content better and better quality, biological utilization of calcium most ideal preparation for the patient, thus ensuring calcium maximize the effectiveness of treatment and care formulations.
