高浓度SO_2预转化工艺在1600 kt/a硫酸系统中的应用

介绍了预转化技术、SO_3循环工艺、等温转化工艺等高浓度SO_2转化技术特点。金川公司1 600 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸装置采用预转化+二转二吸制酸技术,干吸工序采用低温热回收技术,设计进转化器烟气φ(SO_2)为18%,总转化率为99.94%,蒸汽产量1.0t/t。

Technical features of high concentration of SO2 pre-conversion process are introduced in the aspects of pre-conversion process, SO3 circulation process and isothermal conversion. Jinchuan Co. adopted pre-eonversion process and double absorption process in 1 600 kt/a sulphuric acid plant based on copper smelter off-gas and used low-temperature heat recovery technology in drying and absorption section, with 18 vol% SO2 in flue gas entering converter, total conversion of 99.94% and steam production of 1.0 t/t.
