摘要
验证了浓硫酸中SO_2溶解度计算公式的准确性及适用性,并对干吸工序中实际工况的SO_2溶解度进行了计算及分析。对不同干吸串酸流程中SO_2在吸收塔内的解吸情况进行了计算,并分析了SO_2的解吸对吸收塔出口气体中SO_2浓度的影响,为合理选择干吸串酸流程、减轻甚至避免SO_2解吸对尾气排放的影响提供了理论依据。
Accuracy and feasibility of formula for calculating SO2 solubility is verified, and SO2 solubility in actual operating conditions of strong sulphuric acid in drying and absorption section are calculated and analyzed. SO2 desorption rate in absorption towers of different acid cross-flow are calculated, while effects of stripped SO2 on SO2 concentration at absorption towers outlet are analyzed, which provides theoretic basis for choosing acid cross-flow and reducing SO2 emission caused by SO2 desorption.
