介绍了宜良化工设备铸造厂研制开发的铁素体单相耐蚀合金材质浓硫酸管式分酸器的应用效果。铁素体单相耐蚀合金的腐蚀率远低于不锈钢、多元合金和低铬铸铁,且其造价仅为不锈钢的1/3。采用高效管式分酸器,可减少酸雾夹带,提高吸收率,与槽管式分酸器相比,高效管式分酸器出口气体中水的质量浓度低于0.06 mg/m^3,SO_3吸收率达99.99%以上,烟气处理量大幅提高。
