根据黄石电视台现有的媒体发布平台,介绍了电视台节目制作、素材存储管理、新媒体应用等制播管理的流程及现状,为适应数字化、网络化的发展需要,提出建设媒资管理系统的可行性和必要性,说明了黄石电视台建设媒资管理系统的设计原则、理念与思路,从而实现地方传统媒体资产的优化管理和价值拓展。

In this paper,combined with the Huangshi television station existing media publishing platform,introduced the television program production,material storage management,new media applications such as production management process and current situation,put forward to meet the feasibility of resource management system construction to digital media,network development and necessity.Analyzing from the development process,the media capital of the media asset management application type,media media resources system architecture,the interpretation of the principles,concepts,ideas of Huangshi TV station construction of media asset management system design,realization of the traditional local media asset management optimization and development of value from the surface.
