城市雾霾污染的成因及治理措施分析

Analysis of the Causes of City Haze Pollution and Its Countermeasures

文章探讨了中国城市的雾霾污染,对雾霾污染的成因进行了分析。城市能源结构不合理,城市高耗能行业比重偏高,机动车尾气污染突出,燃油清洁化程度低,环境空气质量标准及治理措施落后是雾霾主要形成原因。借鉴了国内外的研究现状,提出了一系列切实可行的治理措施:改善城市能源结构,提高城市燃油清洁化程度,降低机动车尾气排放,优化能源结构推进新能源产业发展。

This article described the fog and haze in many major cities of China, and analyzed the source of fog and haze.The results showed that the unreasonable energy structure, the high proportion of high energy-consuming industries, the vehicle exhaust pollution, dirtier fuel oils, and air pollution prevention and control measures are the main reasons. The research status at home and abroad was cited, thereby a series of practical countermeasures were put forward：improving urban energy clean degree, using the cleaner fuel , reducing the motor vehicle exhaust emission, optimizing energy structure, promoting the development of new energy industries.
