摘要
针对李嘴孜煤矿2个风井系统风量不均衡、采掘工作面配风困难、通风机效率低等问题,通过通风网络解算对通风系统进行了分析,提出了有针对性的优化改造方案。通过停运中央风机、调整进回风巷道等技术措施,主风井风量增加20%以上,负压有所降低,满足了矿井通风需要,矿井通风网络系统得到优化,也有效提高了矿井通风系统的可靠性。
According to the issues of the two ventilation shaft system airflow uneven, the air distribution difficulty of mining working face and low fan efficiency, the ventilation system was analyzed through the ventilation network calculation, and the targeted optimized programs have been put forward. The air volume of main air shaft increased by more than 20% and the ventilation resistance decreased by stop running the central fan, adjusting return airway and other technical measures. The mine ventilation network system was optimized, and the reliability of ventilation network has been improved effectively.
