摘要
对10株猴头菌(Hericium erinaceus)菌株栽培获得的子实体多糖含量和体外免疫活性进行比较。结果表明:不同的猴头菌菌株在同样条件下栽培所获子实体在粗多糖含量和体外刺激RAW264.7产生NO的能力上有明显差异,其中H5粗多糖含量最高且体外刺激RAW264.7的活性也最强。
Polysaccharide (PS)levels in the fruit bodies of ten Hericium erinaceus strains were determined and the effects of the PS on nitric oxide (NO)production by RAW264.7 macrophages were compared.Highest polysaccharide levels and total NO stimulatory activity was recorded for fruit bodies produced by H. erinaceus strain H5.
