摘要
目的:探讨护士岗位管理在基层医院临床一线科室的应用效果。方法:对医院内科、外科、妇产科、儿科临床第一线科室采取护士岗位管理,包括护士岗位分层次管理及护士工作流程及岗位责任管理,观察对比护士岗位管理前后患者的基础护理质量、护士自身工作满意程度、医生及患者对护理的满意程度。结果:实施护士岗位管理后护士工作质量得到明显提升(P<0.05),护士对自身护理工作满意程度优于管理前(P<0.05),医生及患者对护理满意程度与管理前相比有明显的提升(P<0.05)。结论:基层医院临床一线科室中采用护士岗位管理,优化了护士管理,稳定了临床护理队伍,提高护理质量与服务水平,推动了科室的发展,值得推广及应用。
Objective:To investigate the application results of nurse post management to the front - line clinical sections in the primary - level hospital. Methods:Nurse post management was implemented in such front - line clinical sections of our hospital as internal medicine,surgery,ob-stetrics,pediatrics,involved in nurse post management at various levels,and the management of nurses′ work flow and job responsibilities. The quality of nurses′basic care,nurses′satifaction degree with their own work,and doctors′and patients′satisfaction degree with nurses′work were ob-served and compared before and after the implementation of nurse post management. Results:Nurses′ work quality was significantly improved (P ﹤ 0. 05)after the implementation of nurse post management. Compared with that before the implementation of nurse post management,the nur-ses′ satisfaction degree with their own care work was remarkably increased( P ﹤ 0. 05),and the doctors′and the patients′satisfaction with care work was significantly improved as well( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusion:The implementation of nurse post management in the front - line clinical sections of the primary - level hospital helps to optimize the nurse management,to stablilize clinical nurse team,to improve the quality of care,to raise the service level and to promote the development of the clinical sections,worthy of popularization and wide application.
