摘要
论文设计了一种基于TI公司ADS62P49芯片的高速宽带采集卡,此采集卡在CMOS模式下,最高采样率可达210Mbps,并提供双通道、14bit精度的数字信号;在LVDS模式下,采样率可达250Mbps,并提供双通道、七对差分的数字信号,其模拟前端信号放大增益从0dB^25dB可调,-3dB带宽可达2.2GHz(10dB增益时)。
A design of high-speed wide band acquisition card based on the chip of TI company ADS62P49 is introduced, in CMOS mode, the highest sampling rate of the acquisition card is 210Mbps, and provides a dual channel, 14bit precision digital signal; in LVDS mode, the sampling rate is 250Mbps, and provides dual channel, 7 pairs of differential signal, the power gain of the analog front end can be amplified from 0dB to 25dB adjustable, --3dB bandwidth of the front end is up to 2. 2GHz (10dB gain).
