摘要 针对电厂辅机设备状态监测存在的问题,进行了辅机设备预警系统的研究。采用多变量状态估计技术和相似性测度的方法,通过计算估计值和实测值的相似度,判断辅机设备工作状态。结果表明,该预警系统可全面监测电厂辅机设备,在故障形成的早期发现征兆进行预警。 Based on the current problem of condition monitoring in auxiliary equipment of power plant,the prognostic system of the auxiliary equipment is researched.The system uses the modeling method of multivariate state estimation technique and similarity measure,the similarity of predicted value and actual value is calculated,then the auxiliary equipment working condition is determined.The result shows that the failure prognostic system can monitor the auxiliary equipment of power plant comprehensively and issues warning signs in the early failure.
