基于生命周期评价的城镇污水处理厂环境影响及低碳运行对策 被引量:1

摘要 "十二五"时期,随着中小城镇的不断发展,我国将在各中小城镇兴建污水处理厂。城镇污水处理厂的大批建成确实会逐步削减污染,对减轻环境负担和改善周围水环境做出巨大贡献,但在建污水处理厂时过分强调处理效率,忽略了它在建设及营运中所带来的社会和环境负效应。从生命周期评价角度分析了污水处理厂生命周期对资源消耗、全球变暖的影响,并提出了污水处理厂低碳运行措施。 China will build large numbers of sewage plants in small-medium sized cities with the development of citiesduring the "12th five-year plan"period. The sewage plants will reduce pollution, lighten the environment burden andimprove the water environment, but in the building and operating period, people often pay too much attention to thetreatment efficiency and neglect the negative effect to society and environment. This article analyzes that Life Cycle ofsewage plant have significant influence on resource consumption and global warming by means of Life Cycle Assess-ment and come up with some low-carbon operating measures of sewage plant.
