随着环保部门及企业对脱硫烟气流量准确性的要求越来越高,部分企业流量计安装位置无法准确反映企业的实际工况,而采用网状测量烟气流量可以较好地解决此类问题。根据各测量截面尺寸的大小、直管段长短等因素确定测量点数,将多个测量点等截面有机地组装在一起,测得截面的平均速度,计算出风量。详细地介绍了网状测量烟气流量方法在污染源自动监控烟气流量测量方面的原理及优势,并就该技术的应用前景进行了分析和展望。
As the environmental protection department and enterprise demand for accuracy of desulfurization flue gas flowmonitoring is higher and higher, the flowmeter installation position in some enterprises can' t correctly reflect enterprise' sactual working condition, and flue gas flow grid measurement can better solve such problems. According to the size ofeach measurement section, length of straight pipe and other factors to determine the measuring points, make many pointssection organically assembled together, measure the average velocity of cross section, and then calculate the air volume.The advantages and principle of the network flue gas flow measurement in the pollution source automatic monitoring areintroduced in detail, and the application prospect of this technology are analyzed and prospected.
