The education in the Shaan-Gan-Ning border region during the period of Anti-Japanese War got great development,especially the popular education. In order to popularize popular education, the border region government publicized the party＇s varies kinds of policies and strategies to improve the masses＇ s political consciousness and held a lot of education institutions in various of forms. These flexibly organized institutions had closely link to masses and did not separate from production so that it＇s very popular in border region＇s masses. Thanks to colorful popular education, the border region＇s illiteracy decreased greatly and the idea of fighting against Japaneses for our country was rooted in people＇s heart so that it made indelible contribution to the victory of Anti-Japanese War.
