被引半衰期和引用半衰期的研究进展及对期刊编辑策划的启示

A Survey of Cited Half-life and Citation Half-life and Its Enlightenment on Editing and Publishing Plan for Journals

在引述前人研究的基础上,论文首先区分了期刊被引半衰期和引用半衰期的概念和意义。其后,分别就国外早期的发端研究、国内引入后的早期理论研究、近期的相关应用型研究成果三个方面介绍了期刊被引半衰期和引用半衰期在国内外的研究进展。最后,结合期刊的统计数据,解析了被引半衰期和引用半衰期指标对期刊的实际意义,并指出在期刊编辑策划的过程中,要关注那些引用了新近发表文献的论文,以提高期刊引用文献的新颖度,同时,要强化审稿环节对稿件创新性的要求,增强论文论述和结论的可靠性,提高论文被引用的可能性。

On the basis of quoting previous research, the article distinguishes the concept as well as significance of the Cited Half-life and the Citation Half-life of journals firstly. Subsequently, the article introduces the research progress of the Cited Half-life and the Citation Half-life at home and abroad from three perspectives ： early studies abroad, early domestic studies after the introduction and recent application-oriented studies. At last, according to the statistics data of the journal, the article analyzes the actual meaning of the Cited Half-life and the Citation Half- life for the journal, and suggests that in the process of editing and publishing plan for journals, it should concern those essays that have cited more recently published literatures in order to raise the novelty of the references cited in the journals, and improve requirement of the creativity of essays, enhance the reliability of the discusses and conclusions of essays so as to increase the possibility of the essay cited by other literatures.
