眩晕宁片治疗后循环TIA痰湿证40例临床观察

Clinical observation of Xuanyunning tablet on Chinese medicine Tan-shi syndromes in the TIA of posterior circulation

目的:观察眩晕宁片治疗后循环TIA痰湿证的临床疗效。方法:收集78例后循环TIA患者,随机分为眩晕宁治疗组及一般治疗对照组;分别治疗两周后评价各组患者的临床疗效,并进行统计分析。结果:治疗组痊愈11例,显效16例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率90%,对照组痊愈6例,显效8例,有效12例,无效12例,总有效率68%,两组总有效率比较,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:眩晕宁片治疗后循环TIA痰湿证有明显疗效。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Xuanyunning tablet on Chinese medicine Tan-shi Syndromes in the TIA of posterior circulation.Methods：78patients of TIA of posterior circulation were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.The experiment group was treated with Xuanyun ning tablets plus rountinc therapy;control group was treated with routine therapy：（Flunarizine 5mg qn and betahistine 6mg rid.）; to observe the clinical curative effect evaluation of patients in each group after two weeks.Results：Total efective rates in experiment group and control group were 90% and 68% ,the experiment group was respectively higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.The two groups had no significant side effect.Conclusion：Xuanyunning tablet may do good effect to the syndrome of Tan-shi in the TIA of posterior.
