摘要
在教育理论界和实践界,对教师倾听的认识往往被窄化为对学生信息的接收和理解,忽略了教师倾听的伦理维度。因此,凸显教师倾听伦理之维具有重要的价值。教师倾听伦理性的深层蕴含至少体现为:关怀的态度、解放的诉求以及帮助的情愫。确保教师倾听的合伦理性,必须依循适切的路径,具体表现为:重构学生的身份、确立自觉的"他者"意识以及省思"倾听"的多元意蕴。
The understanding on teachers' listening is often minimized as the process of receiving and understanding information from students, in which the ethical dimension of teachers' listening is ignored in the circle of educational theory and practice. It is very important to highlight the ethical dimension of teachers' listening. The deep implications of the ethicality of teachers' listening at least embody caring attitude, emancipatory appeal and helpful feeling. To ensure the ethicality of teachers' listening, it is necessary to follow the right path such as the reconstruction of students status, the establishment of "the other" consciousness of teachers and the reflection of the multiple meaning of listening.
