摘要
当前食品安全问题备受关注,就此将基于信号分析,从情报学的角度对食品质量安全进行预测预警研究。通过搜集与积累信号、整合信号、评估信号价值、信号分析4个步骤作出警情预测,最终利用案例分析展现信号分析在食品安全预警中的应用。
Much attention has been paid to the current food safety issues. This paper, based on the signal analysis in intelligence science, carries out a research on forecasting the quality and safety of food. The pre-warning of the food safety involves four steps of collecting and accumulating signals, integrating signals, evaluating the value of signals and analyzing the signals. And a case analysis was used to show the application of signal analysis in food safety warning.
