摘要
科学有效的企业决策需要有效的情报支撑,如何评估并优选多条情报是提高企业竞争能力的有效途径。针对模糊环境下的竞争情报评估问题,首先将其转换为多准则决策问题,从内容性、可用性、成本投入三个维度构建评价指标体系;其次,将评价矩阵转化为由三角模糊数构成的决策矩阵,并阐述其运算规则;再次,运用模糊VIKOR方法对竞争情报进行综合评估并排序;最后,通过实例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。
Effective intelligence support is necessary for scientific and effective business decision-making process, and how to evaluate va-rious intelligences and select the optimal one is an effective way to improve the competitive ability of an enterprise. Focusing on the evalua-tion problem of competitive intelligence under fuzzy environment, it is suggested that firstly we transform it into multi-criteria decision-making problem, and build the evaluation index system from three dimensions of intelligence content, availability, and cost; secondly, convert the evaluation matrix to decision-making matrix made up of triangular fuzzy numbers, and its operation laws are also explained;thirdly, apply the fuzzy VIKOR method to the comprehensive evaluation of competitive intelligences and rank them;and lastly, an exam-ple is used to illustrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the suggested method.
