社会化媒体在地震灾害中的应用——一个国外研究文献的综述 被引量:4

The Use of Social Media in Earthquake Disaster:An Overview

摘要 为了把握社会化媒体在地震灾害中的运用状况,从研究领域、研究方法两个层面出发,采用文献研究方法,对国外研究文献进行了综述。结果显示:目前研究领域有:基于社会化媒体的地震侦测与通知、信息传播特征及用户信息行为特征、社会化媒体用于地震救援、主题发现、获得社会联系与情感支持、谣言;文本挖掘、内容分析法等是目前研究常用的研究方法。 In order to gain an insight into leveraging social media in earthquake disaster, this study conducted a literature review of researches abroad from perspectives of research fields and methods. The main findings are as follows:the research focuses are earthquake detection and notification, characteristics of information communication and user information behavior, earthquake relief, topics discovery, social connection and emotional support, and rumor;text mining, content analysis, etc. are widely used.
