网络辟谣平台的运行及效果研究

The Research of Operation and Effect of Rumor-Refuting Platform

通过对当前国内知名网络辟谣平台的运行机制、角色定位、辟谣效果、存在问题等进行研究,发现国内网络辟谣平台应从提高信息综合处理能力的同时落脚于为大众服务;建立标准化的网络社会行为准则和实现公众的广泛参与;使网络辟谣的依据更加灵活;形成多方主体网络联动机制等方面寻找突破点。

Based on studying the operating mechanism, role orientation, rumor-refuting effect as well as existing problems of current well-known online rumor-refuting platforms, this paper draws a conclusion that the domestic online rumor-refuting platforms should improve their comprehensive information processing capabilities and pay attention to public service at the same time, establish standardized behavior norms of network society and make broad civic engagement, in addition, make the basis for online rumor-refuting more flexible, forming the multi-agent linkage mechanism.
