摘要
目的:通过观察白介素-16(IL-16)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、CXC趋化因子受体3(CXCR3)和CRP在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)中的变化,探讨IL-16、IFN-γ、CXCR3和CRP在AECOPD中的表达及临床意义。方法:收集AECOPD患者103例,同时期的健康体检者20例,根据2013GOLD指南将AECOPD分为A组21例,B组30例,C组27例,D组25例。采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELASA)检测外周血清中IL-16、IFN-γ和CXCR3的表达。结果:(1)与健康对照组相比,AECOPD患者IL-16、IFN-γ、CXCR3及CRP水平显著升高(P<0.01),并随疾病的严重程度而显著升高;(2)与治疗前相比,AECOPD患者IL-16、IFN-γ、CXCR3及CRP水平在治疗后显著降低(P<0.05),但仍高于健康对照组(P<0.05);(3)AECOPD患者血清中IL-16、IFN-γ、CXCR3、CRP水平之间均存在显著相关性。结论:IL-16、IFN-γ和CXCR3在AECOPD中表达明显增加,治疗后下降,且与疾病严重程度相关,提示这三种因子可能与COPD的发生、发展有关。
Objective Toexplore the expressions of interleukin-16 (IL-16), interferon-γ (IFN-γ), CXCchemokine receptor 3 (CXCR3), and CRP and their clinical significance in acute exacerbation chronicobstructive pulmonary disease by observing the changes in these factors in patients with AECOPD. Methods103 patients with AECOPD and 20 healthy controls were collected. According to the 2013 GOLD guideline, allthe patients with AECOPD were divided into4 groups(group A of 21 patients, B of 30, C of 27, andD of 25).Results As compared withthe control group, plasma concentrations of IL-16, IFN-γ, CXCR3. and CRP weresignificantly increased in the patients with AECOPD (P〈 0.01), and as the severity of the disease waselevating, these expression levels were significantly increased.While the expression levels of IL-16, IFN-γ,CXCR3, and CRP levels were significantly reduced after treatment, but they were still higherthan those in thecontrol group (P 〈 0.05). The expression levels of serum IL-16, IFN-γ, CXCR3, and CRP were significantlycorrelated in patients with AECOPD. Conclusions Expressions of IL-16, IFN-γ, and CXCR3 are significantlyincreased in AECOPD, which is correlated with disease severity and decreased after treatment, suggesting thatthese three factors may be associated with the occurrence and development of COPD.
