摘要
通过对GF-2013-0201《建设工程施工合同(示范文本)》和GF-1999-0201《建设工程施工合同(示范文本)》新旧范本的对比分析,总结了新旧范本中质量条款的区别。分别就质量标准、图纸、"工程质量"承发包双方责任划分、质量争议的处理原则、竣工验收的管理、最终结清、缺陷责任期、质量保证金等质量区别较大的条款进行了阐述。
The difference in quality terms between new version and old version of ＂The Project Construction Contract＂ is summarized through comparing and analyzing. The quality terms on quality standard, drawing, division of ＂engineering quality＂ responsibilities both on contract, the principles dealing with quality disputes, the management of construction acceptance, final settlement, defects reliability period, quality margin, etc. are expounded.
