摘要
在楚州经济开发区化工集中区污水处理厂的提标改造工程中,采用了增设预处理、强化生化处理、提升深度处理的改造思路。经过近两年的实际运行,在接管水质标准以《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)三级标准为主的前提下,出水水质可以稳定达到江苏省《化学工业主要水污染物排放标准》(DB 32/939—2006)一级排放标准,有效改善了园区的环境软实力和招商引资吸引力,对类似工业园区污水处理厂的升级改造具有一定的参考意义。
A reconstruction idea of increasing pretreatment, strengthening biochemical treatment and promoting advanced treatment was adopted in the upgrading and reconstruction project of WWTP in chemical industrial park of Chuzhou Economic Development Zone. After the operation for about two years, the effluent quality could meet the first level criteria specified the Provincial Discharge Standard of Main Water Pollutants for Chemical Industry ( DB 32/939 - 2006) when the influent quality met the third level criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978 - 1996 ). The implementation of the project improved the soft power and investment attraction of the park and provided refer- ence for reconstruction and upgrading of similar WWTPs.
