Design of A^2O^2 Process for Treatment of High Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater from Coal Chemical Plant

摘要 鄂尔多斯某煤化工厂废水处理工程设计进水量为120 m3/h,进水氨氮为400 mg/L、COD为1 000 mg/L,该废水具有高氨氮、低碳氮比、悬浮物少等特点,水质成分较为单一;设计中采用匀质/A2O2/沉淀工艺进行处理,A2O2工艺设计水力停留时间长,保证硝化反硝化彻底。该污水处理装置已经建成运行近一年,出水氨氮稳定在15 mg/L以下,出水水质达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)一级标准。 The design parameters of the wastewater treatment equipment in a coal chemical plant in Ordos are as follows: flow of 120 m3/h, NH4 - N of 400 mg/L and COD of 1 000 mg/L. The wastewater has the characters of high ammonia nitrogen, low ratio of carbon to nitrogen and low SS, and the components are simple. The combined process of equalizing tank, A2O2 and sedimentation tank was chosen in the design. A long HRT of A2O2 process was designed to guarantee the effect of nitrification and denitrifieation. This wastewater treatment equipment has been operated for nearly one year, the effluent concentration of ammonia nitrogen was below 15 mg/L, and the effluent quality met the first class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard ( GB 8978 - 1996).
