摘要
陕西延长石油集团橡胶有限公司废水处理工程建设规模为3 000 m3/d,采用以同济大学专利技术"倍增组合(QWSTN)复合生化反应器+一体化净水器"为主体的处理工艺。经调试及2年的实际运行,系统对COD、氨氮和SS的总去除率分别为87.5%、91.1%和97.4%,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级A标准。
The wastewater treatment capacity of Shaanxi Yanchang Petroleum Group Rubber Co. Ltd. is 3 000 m3/d. Tongji University patent technology named "QWSTN compound biochemical reactor + integrated water purifier" is adopted as the main body of the treatment process. After the commissioning and 2-year operation, the total removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and SS were 87.5%, 91.1% and 97.4% respectively. The effluent quality met the first level A criteria specified in Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant ( GB 18918 - 2002).
